Return to Customer Service and Sales Do you offer trial versions of the Programs?There are no trial versions available because the program has to be specially configured for your computer. The program can not function unless it is specially configured by us for the drive of the computer that it will be used on.Back to TopReturn to Customer Service and Sales What happens after I purchase a program?We will send you an email message with a small program attached to it which will tell you the drive number of your computer. After you click on the utility and obtain the drive number, you will "Reply" to our email with the drive number of your computer in the subject line. After we receive your Reply with your computer drive number we will configure the program specially for your computer and return the program to you by email with simple instructions for installing it. Installation usually takes less than five minutes. If you have difficulty installing the program you will be able to contact live technical support to help you with the installation. Back to TopReturn to Customer Service and Sales What happens if I want to change the computer that has the program?In the event you want to change the installation to remove the program from the computer on which the program is registered, and install the program on a different computer owned by you there will be a small fee in the sum of $ 25% of the original full purchase price of the program, as long as you can substantiate that the new computer or drive is for your sole use. If you have to replace the drive, there is no charge for reinstalling the program one time to the same drive, provided you send us a copy of the bill for the replacement drive. There are no menus and no help files. There are no complex instructions. Start the program and follow the simple on screens cues. That's all there is.
